Keeps jamming

Second machine and this seems a step backwards in quality of build. The lid has jammed several times despite being extra careful in putting in the coffee pods. Also the volume of coffee delivered seems to be less than with the same pod in the previous machine. Not a happy customer.

This is a replacement for a previous, similar product. The positioning of the water tank at the rear and on the power cable is disappointing compared with the side location on the older model

The machine is good apart from one thing, the water tank is to small as your constantly filling it apart from that it’s ok

Compact in every way -

Compact in every way - small rear accessed water tank - it is easy to use apart from having to refill the water tank from the back of the machine - looks are average - I like the colour - It's OK but I wouldn't buy this model again, I would look for a different model with a front accessed water tank.
